Hardly a week goes by that Bresnan Cable is not down. We cannot schedule anything on the Internet with surety. We cannot trust that our phone will stay connected during phone conversations.
Unfortunately, Bresnan has a monopoly in our town and the local Bresnan people have let themselves get careless and defensive. They ALWAYS say that malfunctions are the faults of customers. Repairmen NEVER crawl under desks to check their wall outlets. When repairmen come out to check things over, they simply shrug their shoulders and say that nothing is wrong.

I would call the consumer advocate at your local TV station. We have this guy who takes complaints from local customers who are going through mess with a company and puts it on the news every weekday during the 6 o'clock news hour. I'd give that a try, if they do that where you live.
